Everyone together,
at one table

Everyone fits around the table, even twelve of you. When the evening comes, you move over to the fireplace.

Firewood, water and drainage are included in the price. Only electricity is billed separately, by actual use.

Three kitchens,
nobody waits

Two indoors, a third outside under the pavilion by the barbecue. Two groups can make breakfast at the same time.

Garden

A thousand square metres of fenced grounds and a hundred square metres of covered pavilions with a summer kitchen. The children stay on the grounds, the adults on the terrace.

What is nearby

Nižné Kamence is the lower end of Terchová, on the edge of the Malá Fatra National Park. The stream and the cycle path start right behind the fence; the shops and the mountains are a few minutes by car.

How many people fit in the house?

Fourteen beds across three bedrooms and the apartment, plus two sofa beds in the living room. Sixteen in total. You can click through the exact room-by-room layout in the diagram higher up the page.

Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking on the grounds. There is room for roughly ten cars, so nobody in the group has to work out who drives whom.

Can we bring a dog?

Yes, pets are welcome. Just let us know in advance how many.

Is breakfast included?

No, the house is self-catering. You do have three kitchens though: two indoors and a third outside under the pavilion by the barbecue. Even a large group can cook without queueing.

What is included in the price?

Firewood for the fireplace, water and drainage, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking. Only electricity is billed separately, by actual use.

What is the minimum stay?

Two nights, both for the house and for the apartment on its own.

Can we rent just the apartment?

Yes. The apartment has its own entrance, a kitchenette, a bathroom and four beds, and it is rented without the rest of the house. Add it to the house and you have the whole property for sixteen people.

Do you lend bicycles?

Yes, free of charge. The cycle path runs right behind the garden, so you can set off straight from the yard.
